Services and Deliverables

Fixa Motion provides video editing and content production services including Clean Reels, Pro Reels, Realtor Reels, Product Visuals, and Long Form Videos. The exact scope of work, number of videos, and deliverables are agreed upon before any project begins.

All project details including video count, style, format, and platform are confirmed during the onboarding call. Work begins only after full confirmation from both parties.

Payment Terms

We accept payment via PayPal and Payoneer invoice. If you do not have a PayPal or Payoneer account, you can pay directly with any card through the invoice link we send you.

No upfront payment is required. You pay only after our discovery call, once we have aligned on your goals and you are ready to move forward. All prices are listed in USD and are fixed at the time of agreement.

There are no hidden fees. The price quoted is the price you pay.

Turnaround Time

Typical delivery time is 24 to 72 hours per video depending on length and complexity. Exact timelines are communicated before work begins and are always honored.

Rush requests may be accommodated depending on current workload. Rush fees may apply and will be discussed in advance.

Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. The specific number is discussed and confirmed during the onboarding call based on the plan you choose.

Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list. Each round of revision feedback is treated as one revision. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an extra cost.

We work with you until you are fully satisfied with the result within the agreed revision scope.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order before work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once editing has begun, we do not offer refunds. However, we will continue to work through revisions until you are fully satisfied with the delivered content.

Dissatisfaction due to a change in personal preference after delivery does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Raw Footage and Files

Clients are responsible for providing all raw footage, assets, audio, and any necessary files required to complete the project. Fixa Motion does not provide raw footage.

Project files and source materials created by Fixa Motion remain the property of Fixa Motion unless a separate agreement for file transfer is made in writing.

Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full rights to use the delivered edited videos for commercial and personal purposes on any platform.

Fixa Motion reserves the right to use completed work as portfolio samples or in promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing all necessary raw footage and assets on time
• Ensuring all provided content does not violate copyright or third-party rights
• Providing clear and timely feedback within the agreed revision window
• Ensuring all information provided about goals, platforms, and audience is accurate

Delays caused by the client in providing materials or feedback may affect the delivery timeline and are not the responsibility of Fixa Motion.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the service agreement with written notice. If work has not yet started, a full refund will be issued. If work is in progress, payment for completed work may apply.

Fixa Motion reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client whose requests violate our content policies or are deemed inappropriate.

Platforms and Content Compliance

We edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with the terms of service of those platforms.

Fixa Motion is not responsible for content being removed, restricted, or penalized by any platform after delivery.

Results and Performance

Fixa Motion provides content strategy guidance and high-quality editing to support your growth. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower count, views, leads, or revenue.

Content performance depends on many external factors including platform algorithms, posting consistency, and audience targeting, which are outside our direct control. We commit to working with you continuously to optimize for the best possible outcomes.

All project communication takes place via WhatsApp or email. Our typical response time is within 24 hours on business days.

Changes to These Terms

Fixa Motion reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
